What we’ll be making: A miniature needle felted cat using colourful wool fibres

Discover the soft and soothing world of needle felting in this adorable beginner-friendly workshop, where children will create their very own miniature felted cat to treasure forever.

Using colourful wool fibres and special felting needles, children will learn the fundamentals of needle felting as they shape, layer, and sculpt fluffy wool into a sweet tiny cat full of personality and charm. From tiny ears and whiskers to fluffy tails and little paws, every cat will become completely unique and lovingly handmade by its creator.

Needle felting is a wonderfully calming and rewarding craft for children, helping to encourage patience, focus, mindfulness, and creative confidence.
