In this workshop children will explore the magical world of clay as they design and create their very own ceramic lantern house. Using a variety of hand-building techniques, children will shape and sculpt unique lanterns that double as enchanting decorative pieces.

Throughout the session, participants will learn about the properties of clay, the fundamentals of hand-building, and how to add texture and detail to bring their creations to life. The workshop also includes glazing, allowing students to finish their lanterns with colour and personality—all in a single session!
